Our lawyers insist that we include a series of statements outlining our liability in all transactions with the public. We insisted that it be a clear statement in English and not in legal jargon. What we have here is something in between.

Use of this site signifies user's agreement to the terms of the "Conditions of Use" set forth below. Names and Copyrights
The names Silver, Silver Productions and Silver Productions Limited, which are interchangeably used throughout this website, refers to our registered name, Silver Productions (London) Ltd. Registered in England & Wales under Nr: 1958955 at 3 The Paddock, 73A Mudeford, Christchurch BH23 3NJ.

Restrictions on use of materials
User acknowledges that this site may contain information, communications, photographs, text, graphics, images and other material and services (collectively called "Content"), which is provided by Silver Productions (London) Ltd (from now on called "Silver"). User agrees and acknowledges that, notwithstanding, Silver permits access to the Content, the Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including intellectual property) rights (collectively called "Rights"), these Rights are valid and protected in all images now existing or later developed, and that except as specifically provided in these Terms, user's use of the Content shall be governed and constrained by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
